The head office of Trias is based in Belgium. Almost 30 employees give support to our regional offices, facilitate exchanges and solidarity, promote or manage the organization.
At Head Office, we've got 6 departments:

- Research & Development (5 employees)
- HRM & Logistics (4.5 employees)
- North Department (6 employees)
- Financial Department (4 employees)
- Fundraising & External Communications (3.5 employees)
The general manager leads the organization, together with the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.
