Two local NGOs are the strategic partners of Trias in Guinea: RGTA-DI works to increase agricultural production and ATC supports the processing and commercialisation of this production (rice, peanut and palm oil in Basse Guinée; shea butter, peanut and honey in Haute Guinée).

Aguidep provides management support and Cafodec organises microfinance, two essential elements for production renewal and increase. Since 2008, Trias supports two large member organisations: FOP-BG with 55,000 farmers in Basse-Guinée and FPAKI with 3,100 artisans in the prefecture of Kindia. Trias indirectly supports two unions in haute Guinée (Urco: 1600 members and Uracomi: 900 members).
