Trias is a Belgian development organisation active in twelve countries in Africa, Latin America and Asia. Trias supports 580,000 entrepreneurs through more than 80 local partner organisations. Entrepreneurs in the South work in smallholder agriculture or are micro-entrepreneurs.
Trias is an acknowledged Agri-agency and member of AgriCord.
Trias presents itself as the entrepreneurial NGO in Flanders (Belgium).
In Flanders, Trias is closely linked to six member based organisations:
- the rural movements Landelijke Gilden, KVLV and KLJ
- the entrepreneurial movements Unizo, markant and Neos
